Sometimes you arrive—not in a single moment, but after years of work, experience, and decisions. 3 Templomkert was born in the heart of Mád, embraced by three historic churches, as a meeting place for food, wine, conversation, and community. I am Gergely Bajusz. Together with my family, hospitality is not just a profession, but a way of life. The idea of 3 Templomkert grew from years of experience: a place where every decision is guided by true presence, care, and responsibility. Local values and the human side are extremely important to us: we work with local producers and young people who perform their work with heart and dedication and envision their future here in Mád. The different spaces of 3 Templomkert offer unique experiences: Osteria serves simple, lovable dishes, Cantico wine tasting room highlights the wines and stories of Tokaj-Hegyalja, and the garden and event spaces host community gatherings. It is a living place, evolving with seasons, time, and people.
