Fricska Restaurant & Residence welcomes guests in Veszprém along the banks of the Séd stream, in a unique, nature-inspired setting where flowing water, lush greenery, and views of Veszprém Castle make every visit memorable—whether for lunch, dinner, or a light cocktail on the atmospheric terrace. Our kitchen focuses on comfort food, offering juicy burgers and ćevap alongside classic Hungarian dishes such as venison stew or cordon bleu—true 'grandma’s favorites' with a Fricska twist, centered around quality and familiar, well-loved flavors. Fricska has received several accolades, including Hungary’s Most Atmospheric Terrace and Most Lovable Restaurant awards, and also holds a family-friendly certification. Next to the restaurant, the Fricska Szeparé is housed in a 550-year-old Frick mill, while the neighboring Nyomda Pizzát!, opened in May 2025, serves Neapolitan pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, blending retro Hungarian charm with the simplicity of Italian cuisine.
