ingredients

4 Servings
10 pcs Small tortillas (approx. 20 cm diameter)
180 g Pizza sauce
220 g Shredded mozzarella cheese
100 g Cooked ham, diced
50 g Pepperoni slices
40 g Canned corn, drained
30 g Mushrooms, sliced
0.5 pc Bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tbsp Olive oil

Steps

1

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 190°C (170°C for fan-assisted ovens). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Fold each tortilla in half, then in half again to form a quarter circle, and arrange them on the baking sheet to create small boat shapes. Lightly brush them with olive oil.

2

Topping

Spread pizza sauce inside each tortilla boat. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese, then distribute your chosen toppings (ham, pepperoni, corn, mushrooms, bell pepper). Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of dried oregano.

3

Baking

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the tortillas are crispy and golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve immediately.

Extra Tips

Don't overload the boats with toppings, as they will be harder to cook through and might fall apart.

Use parchment paper on the baking sheet to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.

Feel free to experiment with other toppings, such as olives, pineapple, or even leftover roasted chicken!
