Patties and Sauce
Mince the chicken breast fillet or chop it into very small cubes. Mix it with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey for the sauce.
Prepare Vegetables
Wash the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato and red onion into thin rounds.
