150 g iceberg lettuce
300 g tomato
200 g cucumber
200 g plain Greek yogurt

Prepare Chicken

Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin strips or slices. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then toss the chicken in it. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Wash and thinly slice the iceberg lettuce, dice the tomatoes and cucumber. In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan or grill to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken strips in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Set aside.

Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry pan for 15-20 seconds per side until soft and pliable. Lay out the tortillas, spread a portion of the yogurt sauce, then layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and grilled chicken. Roll up the wrap tightly and serve immediately.
