Cut the chicken breast fillet and cheese into sticks approximately 1x1x5 cm (0.4x0.4x2 inches). In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then toss the chicken pieces in it. Prepare three deep plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and the third with breadcrumbs.

Take a piece of chicken, place a cheese stick on it, then tightly wrap the chicken around the cheese to prevent it from melting out during frying. First, dredge it in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally coat thoroughly in breadcrumbs. Repeat with all chicken and cheese sticks.

Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot over medium heat, to about 170-180°C (340-350°F). Carefully place the breaded sticks into the hot oil (only as many as fit comfortably at once) and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately!
