ingredients
Steps
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes or mince it. In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken with the grated cheese, egg, 50g of breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Knead thoroughly until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Forming & Coating
Form walnut-sized balls from the mixture. Prepare three plates: one with flour, and another with the remaining 50g of breadcrumbs. Roll the balls first in the flour, then in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
Frying
Heat enough vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken balls in it (do not overcrowd the pan; fry in batches if necessary). Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, for about 8-10 minutes. Remove the cooked balls and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot!
Extra Tips
► For even more flavor, mix some finely chopped fresh parsley or chives into the chicken mixture.
► If you like, you can roll the balls in some sesame seeds before frying for an extra crispy coating.
► Serve with a fresh salad or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal!
